Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping to all countries we deliver to. There are no additional shipping fees regardless of the destination.

Exceptions may apply in certain items, which will be clearly indicated on the respective product page or during checkout.

Customs & Tax Fees on International Orders

An additional customs and tax fee may occur on international orders. This fee is not within our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if duties and taxes apply to your purchases.

Our fulfillment partner has sites in Australia, Brazil, Canada, EU (Latvia & Spain), Japan, Mexico, the UK, and the USA and ships your order from the location closest to your specified delivery address. Please check in advance whether customs or tax fees apply before placing your order.

Delivery Time

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. To ensure the fastest possible delivery, we select the fulfillment center closest to the provided shipping address.

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

• Europe: 6–8 business days
• USA: 3–4 business days
• Australia: 2–14 business days
• Japan: 4–8 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

The delivery time is the sum of fulfillment time and shipping time.

Steps to Take If Your Order Has Not Arrived

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
• Ask your local post office if they have your package
• Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at shop@pizzaiolo-syndicate.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers based on product availability and logistics. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing, carrier delays, or other external factors beyond our control.
